the hotel is very clean. breakfast offered a great choice of food. it included hot dishes, cereals, pastries, fresh fruit, tea, coffee, and yogurt. staff members were friendly and helpful.

i had a room at the front of the building. there was a bar nearby that played loud music late into the night. it was difficult to sleep until the music stopped.

i found the staff very accommodating . the room was spacious (it had a seating area) and kept clean. the location proved ideal with easy access to key attractions. i also appreciated the strong wifi signal throughout the hotel.

I noticed some minor wear and tear in the bathroom. Some tiles showed cracks.

The staff allowed me to check in early, a pleasant surprise. I even got an upgrade to a beautiful suite (I really appreciated that!). The reception staff, specifically Gabriela, was friendly and professional. Her helpfulness.

The pillows were not very comfortable, they seemed a bit too flat for my liking.
